Laughter, fun and play are important tools in our work, and are sensitively introduced, to help manage a distressing situation.  On some occasions the work is with children alone and on others with one or both parents and other siblings.  On other occasions, some of the work may involve teachers, SENCOs and head teachers to build better relationships within school.
